1. Venue: Indiranagar Club. There will also be a map at the entrance and signage all around the festival grounds to help you find your way.
2. Timings: Doors to the concert venue open at 2.30 PM. The show will start at 3.00 PM and end by 10.00 PM.
3. Merchandise: Official artist merchandise will be available for purchase at the concert venue. Please bring change if you think you might pick something up.

5. Parking facilities: There are no parking facilities. You can park your vehicles outside around the cordoned off area. However, we recommend cabbing it to the venue instead as it's a lot simpler and hassle free given the limited number of parking spaces available outside the venue.
6. Baggage: Please avoid carrying bags with you. Any bags you bring will be thoroughly searched. We do not have baggage counters or lockers available at the festival grounds. Please make your own provisions for helmets as well.
7. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking within the concert venue. There will be an allocated smoking zone outside.
8. Drugs: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited; they will be confiscated and concerned persons found with them will be immediately removed from the premises.
9. Rights of admission reserved. Everyone must carry a valid photo ID card. Backdoors is a safe space. Be nice and empathise, anything else will not be tolerated. We value your colour, class, creed, gender & orientation regardless of what it is.
10. Age restrictions: Minors to be accompanied by adults.
11. Photo + Video (DSLR /GoPro): This is strictly prohibited. Professional cameras will not be allowed inside. There are official Backdoors photographers and videographers who will be covering the event. Please follow our social media pages (Backdoors and The Humming Tree, @backdoorsbytht and @the_hummingtree on Instagram and Twitter) to stay updated about photo/video uploads.
12. F&B: There will be food and beverage provisions at the festival. All major Debit and Credit cards are also accepted. Food and beverages purchased outside the festival grounds will not be permitted.
13. Legal drinking age: In the state of Karnataka, the legal drinking age for all alcohols (including wine, beer, and hard liquor is 21. Please note that you will be asked to verify your age with a valid photo ID at all the bars on the festival grounds.
14. Validity: Tickets purchased for the show on 17th February are valid till and on the day of the concert.
15. Ticket Transfers: For those who purchased tickets to Backdoors and cannot make it to the show on 17th February; if you've found another person to transfer your ticket to, please write to insider at help@insider.in and they will guide you on the process. Transfer requests are invalid beyond 16th February, 11.59 PM.

17. Wrist bands and re-entry: You will not be permitted to re-enter once you leave the festival premises. While inside, make sure you wear your wrist band at all times. Wristbands will only be issued once. Broken/lost wristbands will not be replaced.
18. Medical Assistance: We have a first-aid kit and ambulance on standby and anyone who requires medical attention can reach out to us at the box office or find any of the Backdoors crew members (with a lanyard / crew t-shirt) for assistance.
19. Are there charging points in the festival grounds?
    No. Be sure to bring back-up battery banks. You will not be allowed to charge your devices at the sound console either.
20. Can I bring alcohol to Backdoors?
    No, alcoholic beverages purchased outside the festival grounds will be confiscated at security.
